## What this is for

All of Madyis Hub's navigation lives in the **left sidebar**. Here is each section and what it does, in one line.

## The sidebar sections

- **Conversations** — all your customer chats, across every channel, in one inbox.
- **Reports** — your statistics: message volume, response time, team performance.
- **Contacts** — the list of your customers and their information.
- **Campaigns** — sending messages to many contacts at once (website chat, SMS, WhatsApp).
- **Help center** — your public help articles, organized into categories, so customers can find answers on their own.
- **AI Agents** — creating and tuning your AI assistants and their knowledge base.
- **AI Validation** — replies prepared by the AI, waiting for your approval before they are sent.
- **Publishing** — writing and scheduling your posts on social networks.
- **Settings** — your account configuration: inboxes, agents (team members), integrations, billing and more.

> 💡 **Good to know** — You can click a section to expand it and see its submenus. The **Settings** section stays pinned at the bottom of the sidebar.
