Madyis Hub automatically extracts reusable question/answer pairs from your resolved conversations and proposes them to you: you decide what goes into the agent's knowledge base.

## How it works

When conversations are resolved, the AI draws candidate question/answer cards from them. Nothing enters the knowledge base without your approval: the suggestions pile up in the "AI Knowledge" tab where you can approve (the card is added to the agent) or reject. You can also trigger learning directly from a conversation.

## Step by step

1. In the left-hand menu, click "AI Knowledge".
2. Browse the pending suggestions.
3. Check and, if needed, correct the question and the answer.
4. Click "Approve & add" to include it, or "Reject".

## Good to know

- This feature requires the AI learning option active on your plan.
- Always review a suggestion before approving it: it will become real knowledge.
- It's a great way to enrich the agent without writing from scratch.
