## What it does

With Google Calendar connected, your **AI agent** can book appointments for your customers without you lifting a finger. The AI:

- checks your **real availability** in your calendar;
- offers free slots during the conversation;
- books the chosen appointment;
- automatically creates a **Google Meet link** and sends an **email invitation** to the customer.

Perfect for demos, consultations, trials or in-store appointments.

## Connect your Google account

1. Sign in to your Madyis Hub dashboard.
2. Open **Settings → Integrations**.
3. Click **Google Calendar**.
4. Click **Connect**.
5. Choose your Google account and authorize access to your calendar.
6. You are returned to Madyis Hub: the calendar is connected.

## Enable appointment booking for the AI

Once the calendar is linked, make sure your AI agent is allowed to use it:

1. Open the **AI Agents** section.
2. Select the relevant agent.
3. Make sure appointment booking is enabled for this agent.

## Good to know

- The AI only offers genuinely free slots: no double booking.
- The customer receives the email invitation with the video call link.
- Each account connects its own Google calendar.
