Choose when Madyis Hub notifies you. Go to **Settings → Profile → Notifications**.

## The events you can follow

For each event, turn **email** and/or **push** notifications on or off:

- a **new conversation** comes in,
- a conversation **is assigned to you**,
- a **new message** on a conversation assigned to you,
- a conversation **you're watching** is updated (participant).

## Good to know

- Push notifications show in the browser and the mobile app.
- If you're flooded with emails, turn off "new conversation" and keep only "assigned" and "new message".
- Alert sounds are set in **Profile → Audio**.
