2. Data we collect

Account data — name, email, company, password (hashed), billing details.
Conversation data — messages, contacts and attachments exchanged through the channels you connect (website chat, email, social messaging, etc.).
Customer data you process — when you use Madyis Hub to talk to your own end-customers, you are the data controller and we act as a data processor on your behalf.
Usage & technical data — log data, device/browser information, IP address and cookies needed to operate and secure the Service.

3. How we use data

To provide, maintain and improve the Service.
To route and display your conversations across connected channels.
To generate AI assistant replies (see "Sub-processors" below).
To process payments and manage your subscription.
To send transactional emails (sign-up confirmation, password reset, alerts).
To ensure security, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

4. Meta Platform data (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp)

If you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram account, Messenger or WhatsApp number, we access only the data needed to deliver messaging features — your Pages list, and the messages and basic profile information of people who contact you. This data is used solely to display and manage those conversations inside your Madyis Hub inbox. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising. Access can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the channel in your settings or in your Meta account settings.

5. Sub-processors

We rely on trusted providers who process data on our behalf, including: OpenAI (AI-generated replies), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Meta (social messaging integrations) and our cloud hosting provider. Each is bound by data-protection terms.

6. Data retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, unless a longer retention is required by law.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@madyishub.io.

8. Data deletion

You can request deletion of your data — including data obtained through Meta — at any time by emailing privacy@madyishub.io with the subject "Data deletion request", or by deleting your account from the dashboard. We will process verified requests within 30 days.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences (such as language). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

10. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside your country, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
