These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Madyis Hub (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Madyis Hub provides an omnichannel customer-support platform with team collaboration, automation and AI-assistant features. We may add, change or remove features over time.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for your team members' use of the Service.
You retain ownership of the content and customer data you process through the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process your end-customers' data, and you appoint us as a processor acting on your instructions, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service offers a free plan with a monthly quota of AI replies and paid plans with higher quotas. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; the rest of the platform remains available subject to the free-plan limits.
AI assistant replies are generated automatically and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and supervising AI replies where appropriate. You keep control and can pause the AI or hand a conversation to a human at any time.
The Service integrates with third parties (such as Meta, OpenAI, Stripe and email providers). Your use of those integrations is also subject to their respective terms.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for unlawful use.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
