Changing your plan

What it's for

Your needs change? You can switch plans at any time, without starting over. Whether you move up (for example from Starter to Pro) or move down, it's all done from your dashboard.

How to change your plan

1. Go to Settings → Billing.
2. Find the plan you want.
3. Click the button to switch offers.
4. Follow the steps to confirm the change.

How proration works

Madyis Hub automatically calculates the fair, prorated amount so you never pay too much or twice.

If you move up (upgrade)

The change takes effect immediately. You're billed right away, but only for the difference, prorated to the time left in your current billing period. You get access to the new plan's quota and features straight away.

If you move down (downgrade)

The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your current plan until then, with no new charge. The lower plan then applies automatically.

💡 In short: moving to a bigger plan is immediate and prorated; moving to a smaller plan waits until the end of the period you've already paid for. You never lose what you've already paid.
