Connect Slack to track and reply to conversations

The Slack integration syncs your Madyis Hub conversations with Slack: your team gets a notification for every new conversation and can reply to it directly from Slack.

How it works

You authorize Madyis Hub from Slack, then choose the Slack channel that will receive the conversations. Each new conversation is posted in that channel; a reply written in the Slack thread is sent back to the customer through Madyis Hub.

Step by step

Open "Integrations", then click the "Slack" card.
Click "Connect": you are redirected to Slack to authorize Madyis Hub.
Confirm the installation in your Slack workspace.
Back in Madyis Hub, choose the Slack channel where conversations will be posted.
Test it by creating a new conversation: it should appear in the chosen Slack channel.

Good to know

Replying from the Slack thread does send the reply to the customer (remember to reply within the conversation thread).
Only an administrator can connect, configure, or disconnect Slack.
If the Slack card doesn't appear, the integration hasn't been set up on the server side yet.
