The Integrations menu: connecting Madyis Hub to your other tools

The Integrations page is the central place where you connect Madyis Hub to third-party services (your store, your calendar, your customer reviews, team tools, and more). Each card represents an integration you can enable in one click.

How it works

Madyis Hub only shows the integrations that are actually available on your plan and on the server: some appear as soon as they are ready, while others stay hidden until an administrator has provided the necessary configuration. A card with the status "Enabled" means the connection is already in place. Clicking a card opens that integration's connection or settings page.

Step by step

In the left-hand menu, open "Integrations".
Browse the list of available integrations (Shopify, Google Calendar, Google Reviews, Slack, Webhooks, etc.).
Click the card of the integration you want to enable.
Follow the connection screen (often a "Connect" button that redirects you to the third-party service to authorize it).
Once back in Madyis Hub, check that the status shows "Enabled".

Good to know

If an integration you are expecting does not appear, it means it requires server-side configuration or that it depends on your plan.
Connecting an integration is not always enough: remember to check that it does what you expect (for example, that Shopify orders show up in a conversation).
You can disconnect an integration from the same page, using the "Disconnect" button.
