π Where to find it: Integrations β Google Calendar
The Google Calendar integration lets your AI agent check your real availability, offer free time slots and book an appointment automatically during a conversation, with a Google Meet link and an email invitation sent to the customer.
How it works
You connect your Google account by authorizing it once. When a customer asks for an appointment, the AI agent reads your calendar in real time based on your working hours and your slot length, offers the available times, then creates the event (with an email invitation and a Meet link). Madyis Hub only stores the necessary access tokens; on disconnection, the authorization is revoked on Google's side.
Step by step
- Open "Integrations" then click the "Google Calendar" card.
- Click "Connect" and authorize Madyis Hub from the Google consent screen.
- Back in Madyis Hub, set your booking parameters: time zone, slot length (30 min by default), start and end time of the day, working days and how many days in advance can be offered.
- Optionally enter a default title for the appointments created.
- Check that an AI agent is active on your channel so it can offer and book slots during conversations.
Good to know
- Connecting, settings and disconnecting are reserved for administrators.
- The AI agent only offers slots that are genuinely free in your calendar and within your working hours.
- On disconnection, access is revoked on Google's side and no more calendar data is read.
- Be sure to set your time zone correctly to avoid mistimed appointments.
