What this is for

All of Madyis Hub's navigation lives in the left sidebar. Here is each section and what it does, in one line.

The sidebar sections

  • Conversations — all your customer chats, across every channel, in one inbox.
  • Reports — your statistics: message volume, response time, team performance.
  • Contacts — the list of your customers and their information.
  • Campaigns — sending messages to many contacts at once (website chat, SMS, WhatsApp).
  • Help center — your public help articles, organized into categories, so customers can find answers on their own.
  • AI Agents — creating and tuning your AI assistants and their knowledge base.
  • AI Validation — replies prepared by the AI, waiting for your approval before they are sent.
  • Publishing — writing and scheduling your posts on social networks.
  • Settings — your account configuration: inboxes, agents (team members), integrations, billing and more.

💡 Good to know — You can click a section to expand it and see its submenus. The Settings section stays pinned at the bottom of the sidebar.
