Reach your customers proactively: live chat, WhatsApp and SMS.

Campaigns: an overview

Campaigns let you reach out to your customers proactively instead of waiting for them to message you. Madyis Hub offers three types of campaigns. The 3 types 1. Live-chat campaign (ongoing) โ€” a proactive message that appears on its own in your website widget when a visitor meets certain conditions (page visited, time spent). Great for engaging a visitor at the right moment. 2. WhatsApp campaign (one-off) โ€” a bulk send of an approved WhatsApp template to every contact carrying a label. Perfect for re-engaging leads, confirming appointments or waking up dormant customers. 3. SMS campaign (one-off) โ€” a bulk SMS send to an audience, in one go. Where to create them The Campaigns menu in the sidebar (admins only), then the matching tab: Live chat, WhatsApp or SMS. Good to know: "ongoing" (live-chat) campaigns re-trigger for every visitor who meets the conditions. WhatsApp and SMS campaigns are "one-off": a single send, scheduled for a date.

Launch a live-chat campaign on your website

A live-chat campaign shows a proactive message in your website widget, automatically, when a visitor meets your conditions. For example: "Need help choosing?" after 15 seconds on your Pricing page. Create the campaign 1. Go to Campaigns โ†’ Live chat โ†’ New campaign. 2. Title: an internal name (the visitor doesn't see it). 3. Message: the text shown to the visitor. 4. Inbox: choose the relevant Website inbox (only widget inboxes appear). 5. Sent by: a specific agent of that inbox, or the bot. 6. URL: the address of the page that triggers the campaign (must start with http/https). 7. Time on page: the number of seconds before it shows (10 by default). 8. Options: Enabled, and Trigger only during business hours. 9. Save. Good to know - The campaign re-triggers for every visitor who meets the conditions (an "ongoing" campaign). - You can edit or delete it at any time. - Pair it with an AI agent connected to the inbox: the engaged visitor can get an instant answer.

WhatsApp campaign: re-engage your leads by label

The WhatsApp campaign lets you send an approved WhatsApp template to every contact carrying a label, in one go. It's the ideal tool to re-engage leads, confirm appointments or wake up dormant customers. Before you start - You must have a WhatsApp inbox connected. - You must have at least one message template approved by Meta for that number. - The contacts you want to reach must share a common label (applied from their profile or in bulk). Create the campaign 1. Go to Campaigns โ†’ WhatsApp โ†’ New campaign. 2. Title: an internal name. 3. Inbox: your WhatsApp inbox. 4. Template: choose an approved template (the displayed name includes its language). 5. Fill in the template parameters: the header (image/media if the template has one), the body variables and the buttons. 6. Audience: select one or more labels. 7. Schedule: choose the send date and time. 8. Create the campaign. โš ๏ธ Pitfalls to avoid - The audience = ALL account contacts carrying the label, not an inbox. Double-check your label before sending. - If your template has an image/media header, you MUST provide that image. Otherwise WhatsApp rejects every send with error 132012 โ€” and the campaign goes out "empty" (0 messages sent, with no obvious alert). The form now blocks sending until the image is filled. - The body variable that personalizes the message is {{contact.name}} (the contact's first name is inserted automatically). - Sending a campaign does NOT create a conversation in your inbox. If the contact replies, a conversation then opens normally. Good to know: once launched, a one-off campaign can no longer be edited. Check the template, the image and the label before scheduling.

Send a one-off SMS campaign

The SMS campaign sends a text message to an audience, all at once. Handy for an announcement, a promotion or a reminder. Before you start You must have an SMS inbox connected (Twilio or Bandwidth). Create the campaign 1. Go to Campaigns โ†’ SMS โ†’ New campaign. 2. Title: an internal name. 3. Message: the SMS text. 4. Inbox: your SMS inbox. 5. Audience: the contacts to reach. 6. Schedule: the send date and time (default: now). 7. Create the campaign. Good to know: like the WhatsApp campaign, the SMS campaign is one-off (a single send). Keep your messages short and include a way to reply to you.
