Creating your first AI agent

Here is how to create an AI agent: give it a name, a description and a personality (the "system prompt" that defines its tone and role).

How it works

When creating it, you fill in a name, a description (what the agent is for) and a personality. The personality is a free-form instruction that guides how the agent expresses itself. Once created, the agent opens on its detailed settings page where you fine-tune everything else.

Step by step

1. Left menu → "AI Agents".
2. Click "New agent".
3. Fill in "Agent name" (e.g. Sophie from Support).
4. Fill in "Description" (e.g. answers questions about orders and deliveries).
5. Fill in "Personality (system prompt)" (e.g. You are Sophie, a warm advisor at the shop…).
6. Click "Create": you arrive on the agent's page.

Good to know

• In a multi-agent team, the description also helps route to the right specialist: take care with it.
• You can change everything later in the agent's "Settings" tab.
• If a message tells you the limit has been reached, your plan caps the number of agents: upgrade to a higher plan.
