Connecting your Shopify store

The Shopify integration links your store to Madyis Hub so that your agents (and your AI agent) can see a customer's orders and information directly in the conversation, without switching tools.

How it works

You enter your store's address (in the format your-store.myshopify.com) and then authorize Madyis Hub from Shopify's official screen. Madyis Hub requests read-only access to customers, orders and fulfillments. After that, in each conversation, a "Shopify Orders" panel finds the customer's purchases using their email or phone number.

Step by step

1. Open "Integrations" in the left-hand menu, then click the "Shopify" card.
2. Enter your store's address in the format your-store.myshopify.com.
3. Click "Connect": you are redirected to Shopify to authorize read access (customers, orders, fulfillments).
4. Confirm the authorization on Shopify; you are automatically brought back to Madyis Hub with the status "Enabled".
5. Open a conversation with a known customer: the side panel now shows their Shopify orders.

Good to know

• Access is read-only: Madyis Hub can never modify your products or your orders.
• Orders only appear if the contact has an email or phone number matching a store customer.
• Only an administrator can connect or disconnect Shopify; agents can view orders but cannot manage the connection.
• This integration may require prior server-side activation: if the Shopify card does not appear, contact support.
