Choose your notifications

Choose when Madyis Hub notifies you. Go to Settings → Profile → Notifications.

The events you can follow

For each event, turn email and/or push notifications on or off:

• a new conversation comes in,
• a conversation is assigned to you,
• a new message on a conversation assigned to you,
• a conversation you're watching is updated (participant).

Good to know

• Push notifications show in the browser and the mobile app.
• If you're flooded with emails, turn off "new conversation" and keep only "assigned" and "new message".
• Alert sounds are set in Profile → Audio.
