📍 Where to find it: Pipeline & contacts → Contacts → "…" menu → Export contacts

Exporting lets you get your contact list as a file, to back it up or use it in another tool.

How it works

You start the export from the actions menu on the Contacts page; Madyis Hub prepares a file of your contacts that you then retrieve.

Step by step

  1. Open "Pipeline & contacts → Contacts".
  2. Click the "…" (three dots) menu at the top.
  3. Choose "Export contacts".
  4. Confirm: the export file is generated.

Good to know

  • Keep your exports in a safe place: they contain personal data.
  • Mind GDPR: only export and share what is necessary.
