What is Madyis Hub? The two engines on a foundation of contacts

📍 Where to find it: Left-hand menu (overview of the sections) Madyis Hub is the control tower for your small business: a single tool to talk to your customers and to go out and reach them. It is built around two engines sitting on a shared foundation of contacts. How it works The INBOUND engine ("Reply to customers") brings together all your messages — website, WhatsApp, email, Instagram… — in a single inbox, and your AI agents can answer them automatically. The OUTBOUND engine ("Reach your customers") is for following up and contacting: Flows, Campaigns, Social media. Between the two, the "Pipeline & contacts" foundation keeps all your customer records: incoming conversations land there, and you choose which ones move on to follow-up. Each menu tab has a single purpose. Step by step 1. Open the left-hand menu: spot the four main sections. 2. "Reply to customers" = you receive and answer (Inbox, Conversations, AI agents). 3. "Pipeline & contacts" = your address book and lead tracking. 4. "Reach your customers" = you go out to them (Flows, Campaigns, Social media). 5. "Channels & configuration" + "Analytics" = the plumbing and the numbers. Good to know - Two verbs to remember: Reply and Reach. Everything else serves those two. - You don't have to turn everything on day one: start with one channel and one AI agent.

Understanding the dashboard and the left-hand menu

📍 Where to find it: Left-hand menu (sidebar) → sections "Reply to customers", "Pipeline & contacts", "Reach your customers", "Channels & configuration", "Analytics" A guided tour of the left-hand menu: what each section is for and where to find each feature. How it works The menu is arranged in sections that follow the logic of the two engines. "Reply to customers" (Inbox, Conversations, AI agents, AI validation, AI knowledge) is for receiving and answering. "Pipeline & contacts" (Pipeline, Contacts, Contact folders, Calendar, Companies) is your CRM. "Reach your customers" (Flows, Campaigns, Social media, Automations) is for following up. "Channels & configuration" connects your tools. "Analytics" groups the reports together. At the very bottom: Settings and the User guide. Step by step 1. Spot the sidebar on the left: it is always visible. 2. Click a section title to see the tools it contains. 3. Click an entry to open the matching tool. 4. At the bottom of the menu, open "Settings" (gear icon) for advanced configuration. 5. The "User guide" link at the bottom opens this help center. Good to know - Some entries only appear to administrators or depending on your plan. - The "Inboxes" and "Integrations" entries are moved up to the top for quick access, but stay reserved for admins. - At the top left, your avatar opens the profile menu (availability, settings, log out).

Create your Madyis Hub account (sign-up)

📍 Where to find it: Sign-up page madyishub.io → "Sign up" (or "Continue with Google") The first step to using Madyis Hub: create your free workspace with an email address (Gmail, Outlook or work email) and a password, or in one click with Google. How it works When signing up you enter an email and a password, or you click "Continue with Google". An anti-robot check (a checkbox) may appear. You then receive a confirmation email to validate. Your workspace is created immediately and you start on the free plan. Step by step 1. Go to the Madyis Hub sign-up page. 2. Enter your email address and a password (at least 6 characters). 3. Or click "Continue with Google" to sign up in one click. 4. Tick the anti-robot box if it appears, then click the sign-up button. 5. Open the confirmation email you received and click the link to activate your account. 6. You arrive at the welcome form, then at the getting-started page. Good to know - Disposable email addresses are refused: use a real inbox that you check. - If you arrive from the Shopify store, your store is linked automatically. - Didn't get the confirmation email? Check your spam, then request another one.

The welcome form: personalize your workspace

📍 Where to find it: Appears automatically right after sign-up ("Welcome") Right after sign-up, a short form asks you for a few details (your role, your website, your language, your industry…) to tailor Madyis Hub to your business. How it works Madyis Hub tries to pre-fill some fields from your website (logo, industry). You complete the interface language, the time zone, the company size and how you heard about us. When you confirm, these settings are saved and you are taken to the getting-started page. You can also click "Skip for now". Step by step 1. Check your name and your email (already filled in). 2. Choose your role in the company. 3. Confirm or enter your website address. 4. Choose the interface language and your time zone. 5. Indicate your industry, the company size and how you discovered us. 6. Click "Continue" (or "Skip for now" to do it later). Good to know - If the screen shows "Setting up…", wait a few seconds: Madyis Hub is fetching information about your business. - Nothing is final: the language and the time zone can be changed later in Settings → Account.

Where to start: the getting-started checklist

📍 Where to find it: Left-hand menu → "Get started" (at the very top, until getting started is finished) A "Get started" page that guides you step by step to set up your workspace: complete your profile, connect a channel, create your first AI agent and invite your team. How it works The page shows a progress bar and four steps, each with a button that takes you straight to the right place. Once a step is done, it gets checked off automatically. When everything is done (or if you click "Skip onboarding"), the "Get started" entry disappears from the menu. You can come back to it any time as long as it is visible. Step by step 1. Click "Get started" in the left-hand menu. 2. Step 1 — Complete your profile: click "Complete". 3. Step 2 — Connect a channel: click "Connect a channel" (WhatsApp, website widget, Instagram…). 4. Step 3 — Create your first AI agent: click "Create an AI agent". 5. Step 4 — Invite your team: click "Invite a member" (optional). 6. Follow the progress bar until "Everything is set up". Good to know - "Who replies to your customers?" section: choose to reply yourself (in the Inbox) or let the AI agent reply 24/7. - Shopify merchant: a dedicated panel lets you turn on chat on your store in one click, with nothing to copy and paste. - You can always "Skip onboarding" and come back later.
