First steps: set up your account, channels and first AI agent.

Welcome to Madyis Hub β€” what is it?

Madyis Hub in one sentence Madyis Hub brings all your customer chat channels together in one inbox, shared by your team. On top of that, it adds AI agents that reply to your customers automatically, under your control. Which channels are brought together? Instead of opening a different app for each channel, you manage everything in one place: - WhatsApp - Instagram - Messenger (Facebook) - Email - Your website (live chat) - Telegram - SMS - Line Every message lands in the same inbox. You reply from Madyis Hub, and the customer receives your answer on their original channel. AI agents An AI agent is an assistant you set up that can answer your customers for you. You give it a knowledge base (your information: opening hours, products, FAQ, terms…) and it uses that to reply. You stay in control: you can pause the AI on a conversation and take over yourself at any time. You can also ask the AI to prepare a draft that you approve before it is sent. What it does for you - No more juggling ten apps: one screen for all your messages. - Reply faster: your team sees everything, nothing slips through. - Available 24/7: thanks to the AI, your customers get an answer even at night or on weekends. πŸ’‘ To get started β€” Read the article "Get started in 5 minutes": it walks you through connecting your first channel and creating your first AI agent.

Get started in 5 minutes

What this is for This page takes you from zero to a working Madyis Hub: one channel connected, your team in place and an AI agent answering. It takes about five minutes. The 5 steps 1. Log in. Open madyishub.io/app/login and enter your credentials. 2. Create your first inbox (a channel). Go to Settings β†’ Inboxes β†’ Add. To keep it simple, choose the website chat (widget): you will get a small code snippet to paste on your site. You can add WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and more the same way afterwards. 3. Invite your team. Go to Settings β†’ Agents, then add your colleagues' email addresses. Each one will receive an invitation to set up their access. 4. Create an AI agent and give it a knowledge base. Go to AI Agents (left sidebar), create an agent, then add its knowledge: import your website address, documents, or type your information in by hand (opening hours, FAQ, products…). 5. Turn on the AI agent for your inbox. Still inside the AI agent, link it to the inbox you created in step 2. From then on, the AI can reply automatically to new messages on that channel. What next? Open a test conversation from your own website or channel and send a message. Check that the AI agent replies correctly. If you do not like an answer, you can pause the AI in the conversation and reply yourself. πŸ’‘ Tip β€” For information that must always be followed (tone, a rule, opening hours), put it directly in the AI agent's instructions, in addition to the knowledge base.
