Publish to your social networks

โ„น๏ธ Requirement โ€” To publish, you must first connect your Meta account (Facebook / Instagram). The connection already works for the account owner. Full availability for the general public is awaiting Meta's review (in progress). In the meantime, some connections may be limited to authorized accounts. What it's for Managing several social networks? You no longer need to copy and paste the same message from one app to another. With Madyis Hub, you write your post once and send it to Facebook and Instagram at the same time. Everything happens in one place, right from your dashboard. Step 1: connect your Meta account Before publishing, link your pages to Madyis Hub. You only need to do this once. 1. In the sidebar, click Publications. 2. Find the Facebook & Instagram (Meta) card in the networks to connect. 3. Click Connect. A Facebook window opens. 4. Log in to Facebook and authorize Madyis Hub to publish on your page. 5. Choose the Facebook page (and the Instagram account linked to it) you want to use. Once connected, your networks appear in the Connected networks list. ๐Ÿ’ก Good to know โ€” On Instagram, publishing goes through your Facebook page. So make sure your professional Instagram account is properly linked to your Facebook page on Meta's side. Step 2: write your post 1. Go to Publications. 2. In the New post area, write your message. 3. If you wish, click Add media to attach a photo or video. ๐Ÿ’ก Important for Instagram โ€” Instagram always requires an image or a video. A text-only post cannot be published on Instagram (but it works on Facebook). Step 3: choose the networks 1. Under Publish to, tick the networks you want: Facebook, Instagram, or both. 2. Check the preview of your message. Step 4: publish 1. Click Publish now. 2. Madyis Hub sends your post to each ticked network. 3. The result appears under Recent posts with a clear status for each network. Understanding the statuses - Published: your post is live. - Partially failed: the post went through on one network but not the other. Check the error message shown. - Failed: the post could not be sent. Check your Meta connection and try again. Because each network is handled separately, a problem on Instagram won't stop your post from going out on Facebook.

Schedule your posts (calendar)

What it's for Don't want to post live every day? Prepare your posts in advance and let Madyis Hub publish them on its own at the chosen time. You keep a full overview of everything that's planned, just like in a calendar. Open the calendar 1. In the sidebar, click Publications. 2. At the top, switch to the Calendar view (instead of the Composer view). 3. Pick the display that suits you: month, week or day. Schedule a new post 1. In the calendar, click the day (or time slot) you want. 2. A window opens: write your message. 3. Click Add media to attach a photo or video if needed. 4. Choose the networks to publish on. 5. Check (or adjust) the publishing date and time. 6. Click Schedule. Your post then appears in the calendar at the right slot, with its thumbnail, the time, and the logos of the networks involved. Reschedule a post: drag and drop Need to move a post? No need to start over. 1. In the calendar, find the post you want to move. 2. Click and drag it to another date or time. 3. Release: the new date is saved automatically. ๐Ÿ’ก Tip โ€” The calendar is the ideal place to see your posting rhythm over the week or month, and to avoid both quiet stretches and overloaded days. What happens next? At the scheduled time, Madyis Hub automatically publishes your post on the chosen networks. You have nothing to do. The status then changes from Scheduled to Published (visible in the calendar and under Recent posts).

Generate a post with AI

โš ๏ธ Good to know โ€” Each AI post generation is counted against your monthly AI reply quota, just like an AI agent reply in your conversations. If your monthly quota is reached, generation is temporarily blocked until the next month (or until you change plans). What it's for No more blank page. Give Madyis AI a topic and a tone, and it suggests a ready-to-use post for you. You always keep the final say: the text can be edited before sending. Generate a text 1. In the sidebar, click Publications. 2. In the composer (or in the scheduling window), click the Write with AI button. 3. Enter the topic of your post (for example: "summer sale", "new product", "holiday hours"). 4. Choose the tone you want: Engaging, Professional, Casual or Promotional. 5. Click Generate. Within seconds, the AI inserts a text into your post. The text adapts to the chosen network (for example, a caption with hashtags for Instagram). Adjust and publish 1. Read the suggested text. 2. Edit it freely: add your personal touch, fix a word, change an emoji. 3. Add media and choose your networks. 4. Click Publish now or Schedule. ๐Ÿ’ก Tip โ€” The more specific your topic, the better the result. "20% off pizzas this Friday night" will produce a much better post than just "sale". Coming soon: even more networks Today, publishing covers Facebook and Instagram. LinkedIn and TikTok are coming soon: you'll be able to generate and publish your posts on these networks directly from Madyis Hub, with no change to your habits.
