Social media: post to Facebook and Instagram from Madyis Hub

πŸ“ Where to find it: Reach your customers β†’ Social media The Social media tab lets you write a post just once and publish it to several accounts at the same time (Facebook and Instagram), all from Madyis Hub. You can post right away, schedule it for later, and even write the text with AI. How it works You first connect your accounts (a Facebook Page and/or a professional Instagram account). Then, in the "Compose" tab, you write your message, add photos or a video, tick the networks where you want to publish, then click "Publish now" or pick a date to schedule it. Madyis Hub sends the post directly to each network through Meta. The "Calendar" tab shows all your scheduled posts. Step by step 1. In the left-hand menu, under "Reach your customers", click "Social media". 2. At the top of the page you have two views: "Compose" (write a post) and "Calendar" (your scheduled posts). 3. Connect at least one network using the "Connect Facebook" / "Connect Instagram" buttons (see the dedicated article). 4. Write your message, add media if needed, tick the networks, then publish or schedule. Good to know - Publishing to social media is part of the Pro plan. - For now, the available networks are Facebook and Instagram. LinkedIn and TikTok are shown as "Coming soon". - The same post can go to several networks at once: just tick each network before publishing.

Connect a Facebook Page to publish

πŸ“ Where to find it: Reach your customers β†’ Social media β†’ "Connect Facebook" button Connect your Facebook Page to Madyis Hub so you can publish your posts there (text, photos, videos) without leaving the dashboard. How it works When you click "Connect Facebook", a Facebook window opens and asks for permission to manage your Pages' posts. Once confirmed, Madyis Hub retrieves the list of Pages you administer and adds them as publishing destinations. Each Page you manage becomes a network you can tick to publish to. Step by step 1. Go to "Social media" (under "Reach your customers"). 2. Stay on the "Compose" view. In the "Connected networks" box, click the blue "Connect Facebook" button. 3. In the Facebook window that opens, log in if needed and agree to manage your Pages' posts. 4. Be sure to leave all permissions ticked, then confirm. 5. Your Pages then appear in "Connected networks": the connection is complete. Good to know - You must be an administrator of at least one Facebook Page. If you have no Page you can manage, Madyis Hub will tell you: create a Page first, then try again. - If you untick a permission in the Facebook window, the connection fails. Accept all the requested permissions. - Reconnecting your Facebook Page also automatically updates the Instagram accounts linked to that Page. - The connection depends on Madyis Hub's Meta configuration: if a button stays stuck on "Connecting…", wait a few seconds and try again.

Connect a professional Instagram account to publish

πŸ“ Where to find it: Reach your customers β†’ Social media β†’ "Connect Instagram" button Connect your professional (Business) Instagram account to Madyis Hub to publish photos and Reels from the dashboard. How it works Instagram does not connect on its own: your professional Instagram account must be linked to a Facebook Page you administer. When you click "Connect Instagram", Madyis Hub goes through Facebook to find the Business Instagram account linked to your Page, then adds it as a publishing destination. Instagram publishing therefore uses the permission of the linked Facebook Page. Step by step 1. First make sure your Instagram account is a professional (Business) account and that it is linked to your Facebook Page (a setting on the Instagram/Facebook side). 2. In Madyis Hub, open "Social media" (under "Reach your customers"), "Compose" view. 3. Click the "Connect Instagram" button in the "Connected networks" box. 4. In the Facebook window, accept all permissions (business management, Instagram publishing). 5. Your Instagram account (shown as "@youraccount") appears in "Connected networks". Good to know - If nothing appears, it is almost always because the Instagram account is not a professional account or is not linked to the Facebook Page. Fix this link on the Instagram side, then try again. - If Madyis Hub shows "permissions not granted", check that you accepted everything in the Facebook window. - For Instagram, a post MUST contain at least one image or video: a text-only post cannot be published on Instagram. - If Instagram publishing fails while Facebook works, reconnect your Facebook Page: this also refreshes the linked Instagram account.

Publish a post (text, photo or video)

πŸ“ Where to find it: Reach your customers β†’ Social media β†’ "Compose" view Write a message, add one or more photos (or a video), choose your networks and publish immediately to Facebook and/or Instagram. How it works You write your text in the composer, add your media with "Add media", then click each network you want to publish to in order to select it. The "Publish now" button sends the post in the background to each ticked network. Each network receives the same message; under each recent post, Madyis Hub shows the status per network (published, failed…) with a direct link to the post online. Step by step 1. Open "Social media" (under "Reach your customers") and stay on the "Compose" view. 2. In the "New post" box, type your message in the large text area. 3. If needed, click "Add media" to attach one or more images, or a video. 4. Under "Publish to", click each network (Facebook, Instagram) you want to publish to in order to select it. 5. Leave the "Schedule" field empty, then click "Publish now". Good to know - A post must contain at least text OR media. - On Facebook: a post can be text only, a video, or one or more photos. On Instagram, an image or a video is required. - If a video is attached, it is what gets published (images do not go out in the same video post). - After sending, find the post in "Recent posts" with its status per network and a "View" link to the post online. - If one network fails but not the other, the post is marked "Partially failed": you can retry without double-posting on the network that already published.

Schedule a post and use the calendar

πŸ“ Where to find it: Reach your customers β†’ Social media β†’ "Calendar" view Plan your posts in advance and view your whole schedule in a calendar (day, week, month). Your posts go out automatically at the chosen time. How it works You can schedule a post in two ways: from the composer by filling in the "Schedule (date and time)" field before confirming, or from the calendar by clicking a slot to open the "Schedule a post" window. Madyis Hub checks every minute for posts whose time has come and publishes them on its own. To move a scheduled post, just change its date. Step by step 1. Open "Social media" (under "Reach your customers"). 2. Method 1 (composer): in the "Compose" view, fill in your post, pick a date and time in the "Schedule" field, select the networks, then click "Schedule". 3. Method 2 (calendar): click the "Calendar" tab at the top, then click the desired day/slot. 4. In the "Schedule a post" window, set the date and time, write the text, add your media, tick the networks, then click "Schedule". 5. The post appears in the calendar with the "Scheduled" status until it is automatically published. Good to know - The calendar shows both scheduled posts and those already published over the period. - Scheduled posts go out at the set time even if you close Madyis Hub: publishing runs on the server side. - To reschedule, simply change the post's date; no ghost post will go out early. - If you set a date in the past or leave it empty while clicking "Publish now", the post goes out right away.

Write a post with AI

πŸ“ Where to find it: Reach your customers β†’ Social media β†’ composer β†’ "Write with AI" button Let the AI write your post's text from a simple topic and a tone (engaging, professional, casual, promotional). Ideal when you are short on inspiration. How it works You give a topic (for example "summer sale" or "new product") and choose a tone. The AI writes ready-to-publish text, suited to the network and in your dashboard's language, and places it directly in the composer where you can edit it. Each generation is deducted from your monthly AI replies quota. Step by step 1. Open "Social media" (under "Reach your customers"), "Compose" view. 2. In the "New post" box, click the purple "Write with AI" button. 3. Enter a topic (e.g. "summer sale, new product…") in the small window. 4. Choose a tone: Engaging, Professional, Casual or Promotional. 5. Click "Generate": the suggested text is placed in the message area, ready to be adjusted then published. Good to know - AI generation is part of the Pro plan and uses your AI replies quota for the month. - If you see "AI quota reached this month", wait for the renewal or change plan. - For Instagram, the AI usually ends with a few hashtags; for Facebook it adds few or none. - The generated text is a starting point: re-read it and personalize it before publishing. - The "Write with AI" button is also available in the calendar's scheduling window.

Manage your connected social accounts and your posts

πŸ“ Where to find it: Reach your customers β†’ Social media β†’ "Connected accounts" and "Recent posts" boxes View the list of accounts (Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts) connected for publishing, disconnect the ones you no longer need, and track or delete your recent posts. How it works The "Connected accounts" box lists every publishing destination with its name and icon. The "Recent posts" list shows your latest posts, their overall status and the status per network (published, pending, failed), with a "View" link to the published item online and a "Delete" button. Reconnecting a network via the "Connect" buttons updates its authorization if it has expired. Step by step 1. Open "Social media" (the "Reach your customers" section), "Compose" view. 2. In "Connected accounts", check which accounts are currently linked. 3. To refresh an expired connection, click "Connect Facebook" or "Connect Instagram" again. 4. In "Recent posts", click "View" to open a published item online, or "Delete" to remove a post from Madyis Hub. Good to know - Deleting a post in Madyis Hub removes it from the dashboard; an item already published on the network is not "unpublished". - If a network shows as expired, reconnect it: reconnecting a Facebook Page also updates the linked Instagram account. - Managing connected accounts is reserved for account administrators.
