This option removes the small "Powered by Madyis Hub" mention shown in your chat widget and your help center, for a 100% on-brand experience.

How it works

A simple "Hide branding" toggle turns off the mention everywhere it appears on the customer side. The change is applied automatically. Like white label, this option is reserved for the Business plan: on the other plans, the toggle triggers a prompt to upgrade.

Step by step

  1. In the left-hand menu, open "Settings" at the very bottom.
  2. In the "Admin" group, click "Brand".
  3. In the "Hide branding" block, turn on the "Hide 'Powered by Madyis Hub'" toggle.
  4. Check on your site and your help center that the mention has disappeared.

Good to know

  • Removing the "Powered by" mention requires the Business plan.
  • If the option seems to come back, clear your site's cache (a cached widget may show the old version).
  • This option is different from full white label: here you only hide the mention, there you replace logo and name.
