πŸ“ Where to find it: Integrations β†’ Dyte

The Dyte integration adds video and audio calls to your conversations: an agent can start a meeting with the customer directly from the conversation window.

How it works

You provide the organization ID and the API key from your Dyte account. Once connected, a button in the conversation creates a meeting; the link is shared with the customer, and participants can join the call.

Step by step

  1. Create a Dyte account and get your organization ID and your API key.
  2. In Madyis Hub, open "Integrations", then click the "Dyte" card.
  3. Click "Connect", paste the organization ID and the API key, then confirm.
  4. Open a conversation and start a video/audio meeting using the Dyte action.
  5. Share the meeting link with the customer so they can join the call.

Good to know

  • Dyte is useful for demos or visual support directly from the chat.
  • For regular phone calls, use Madyis Hub's Calls/voice channel instead.
  • Keep your API key confidential: it gives access to your Dyte account.
