Plans and what they include

What it's for Your plan determines two key things in Madyis Hub: - The number of AI replies you can use each month (your monthly quota). - The maximum number of AI agents you can create. There are four plans: Free, Starter, Pro and Business. You pick the one that best fits your business, and you can change it at any time. What each plan includes Monthly AI reply quota Each plan gives you a set number of AI replies per month. The higher the plan, the larger the quota. This quota resets at the start of every month. Number of AI agents - Free: 1 AI agent. - Starter: 1 AI agent. - Pro: 3 AI agents. - Business: unlimited AI agents. Where to see your plan details 1. Log in to your Madyis Hub dashboard. 2. Go to Settings โ†’ Billing. 3. There you can see your current plan, the details of each offer and what it includes. ๐Ÿ’ก Prices may change. To see the up-to-date price of each plan, check the Settings โ†’ Billing page directly. Which plan should you choose? If you're just starting out, the Free plan lets you try the platform with no commitment. As your message volume grows, move up to Starter or Pro. The Business plan is ideal for companies that want several AI agents and a high reply volume.

Paying for and managing your subscription

What it's for To use a paid plan (Starter, Pro or Business), you need to add a payment method. Everything is handled securely from your dashboard. How to pay for your plan There are two ways to pay, depending on your situation: By card (Stripe) This is the most common case, if you signed up directly on Madyis Hub. Payment goes through Stripe, a secure payment service. Your card details are never stored on our side. 1. Go to Settings โ†’ Billing. 2. Choose the plan you want, then click the payment button. 3. You're taken to a secure Stripe payment page. 4. Enter your card details and confirm. Via Shopify If you discovered Madyis Hub through the Shopify App Store and installed the app from your store, your subscription is managed by Shopify. In that case, payment goes through your usual Shopify account, using your store's payment method. 1. Go to Settings โ†’ Billing. 2. Choose your plan: you'll be taken to the plans page in your Shopify admin. 3. Confirm the plan from Shopify. Managing or cancelling your subscription 1. Go to Settings โ†’ Billing. 2. Click the option to manage your subscription. 3. There you can update your card, view your invoices or cancel your subscription. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that, your account returns to the Free plan. ๐Ÿ’ก Good to know: whether you pay by card or via Shopify, you manage everything from the same place, Settings โ†’ Billing.

Changing your plan

What it's for Your needs change? You can switch plans at any time, without starting over. Whether you move up (for example from Starter to Pro) or move down, it's all done from your dashboard. How to change your plan 1. Go to Settings โ†’ Billing. 2. Find the plan you want. 3. Click the button to switch offers. 4. Follow the steps to confirm the change. How proration works Madyis Hub automatically calculates the fair, prorated amount so you never pay too much or twice. If you move up (upgrade) The change takes effect immediately. You're billed right away, but only for the difference, prorated to the time left in your current billing period. You get access to the new plan's quota and features straight away. If you move down (downgrade) The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your current plan until then, with no new charge. The lower plan then applies automatically. ๐Ÿ’ก In short: moving to a bigger plan is immediate and prorated; moving to a smaller plan waits until the end of the period you've already paid for. You never lose what you've already paid.

The AI reply quota

What it's for Each plan includes a number of AI replies per month: this is your monthly quota. It tells you how many times Madyis AI can work for you each month, and lets you match your plan to your activity. What uses up your quota? Two kinds of AI action count against your quota: - Each reply sent by the AI to a customer in a conversation. - Each post generated by the AI. Each of these actions uses one unit of your monthly quota. What happens when the quota runs out? Once you've used your whole quota for the month: - The AI stops replying automatically until the end of the month. - Your conversations carry on as normal: you and your team can still reply manually. How to keep using the AI You have two options: 1. Wait for the next month: your quota resets automatically at the start of every month. 2. Upgrade: move to a higher plan from Settings โ†’ Billing to increase your quota right away. (See the article "Changing your plan".) Tracking your usage 1. Go to Settings โ†’ Billing. 2. There you can see how many AI replies you've already used this month, and how many are left. ๐Ÿ’ก The quota resets every calendar month. Unused replies don't carry over to the next month.
