Understanding the plans and the AI reply quota
π Where to find it: Settings β Billing Madyis Hub offers four plans β Free, Starter, Pro and Business β that differ mainly in the number of replies generated by your AI agents each month, the number of AI agents and workspaces, and access to advanced features. How it works The main quota is the number of AI replies per calendar month: 50 (Free), 500 (Starter), 2,000 (Pro), 10,000 (Business). When the quota is reached, your AI agents stop replying until the next month; human conversations, however, continue as normal. The "Billing" page shows your current plan, your usage for the month as a gauge, and the list of available plans. Step by step 1. In the left-hand menu, open "Settings" at the very bottom. 2. In the "Admin" group, click "Billing". 3. Check your current plan and the "AI replies this month" gauge. 4. Browse the available plans to compare quotas and features. 5. If the quota is almost reached, consider upgrading your plan. Good to know - The counter resets to zero at the start of each calendar month. - Only AI agent replies use up the quota: your manual replies don't count. - Some features (WhatsApp/Meta channels, voice, flows, automations, white label...) are reserved for the Pro or Business plans.
Upgrade or change your plan (Stripe payment)
π Where to find it: Settings β Billing β Choose / Upgrade You can move up to a higher plan (or down to a lower one) directly from the Billing page. Payment is handled securely by Stripe, the payment provider. How it works Clicking "Choose" or "Upgrade" opens a secure Stripe payment page. Upgrades are prorated (you only pay the difference immediately); downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period, at no charge. After payment, your new plan and its quota are activated automatically. The "Manage subscription" button opens the Stripe portal to change card or cancel. Step by step 1. Open "Settings β Billing". 2. In "Available plans", find the plan you want. 3. Click "Choose" (first purchase), "Upgrade" or "Switch to this plan". 4. Complete the payment on the secure Stripe page. 5. Back in Madyis Hub, check that the new plan is active; use "Manage subscription" to change card or cancel later. Good to know - Payments go through Stripe: if a message says the payment failed on the configuration side, contact support. - An upgrade is prorated and charged immediately; a downgrade is only applied at the next renewal. - You can change or cancel your subscription at any time via "Manage subscription".
Pay your subscription through Shopify
π Where to find it: Settings β Billing (after connecting Shopify in Integrations) If you use Madyis Hub with a connected Shopify store, your subscription can be billed directly through Shopify: the amount then appears on your Shopify subscription rather than on a card via Stripe. How it works When your Shopify store is linked, the Billing page offers subscribing through Shopify: you approve the subscription on the Shopify side and the plan activates automatically when you return. The AI reply counter and the plans stay the same; only the payment method changes. Cancellation is done directly from Madyis Hub with the "Cancel subscription" button (there is no Stripe portal in this case). Step by step 1. First connect your store in "Settings β Integrations β Shopify". 2. Open "Settings β Billing" and choose your plan. 3. Approve the subscription on the Shopify page. 4. Back in Madyis Hub, check that the plan is active and that the Shopify billing mention is shown. 5. To cancel, use "Cancel subscription" on the Billing page: you'll return to the free plan. Good to know - As long as Shopify isn't connected, a message will ask you to link your store before you can subscribe through Shopify. - With Shopify billing, the amount appears on your Shopify subscription statement, not on a bank card via Stripe. - Cancellation is done from Madyis Hub (no Stripe portal) and returns you to the Free plan.
